The chef and his team will arrive at the event in advance to have all the details under control before the service. Likewise, all the utensils and ingredients necessary to create the perfect experience will be provided.

During the elaborations, diners will be able to interact with the chef to discover the collection of flavors, cooking techniques and selected ingredients.

At the moment of serving, the chef will present each dish, explaining the raw materials and cooking methods, creating unforgettable sensations at the table.

At the end, cleaning will be done, leaving the space spotless so that diners only have to worry about enjoying an evening with the signature of Bruno Ruiz.

A cooking student at the school of Denia, his time at the Celler de Can Roca and his experience with Martín Berasategui and Pedro Subijana marked a before and after in his way of feeling the kitchen.

Adventurous, restless and sensitive, Bruno Ruiz is passionate about his profession, which he learned in his grandparents’ oven and thanks to the time he spent in the kitchen with his father.

After his experience as a chef at Aticcook and Escondida, Bruno now takes his cuisine directly to the homes of his clients, offering a personalized and unforgettable experience. Through his stoves, he shares moments that go beyond food, creating an environment where the passion for gastronomy becomes a unique experience, ideal for those who are looking for something more than just a simple lunch or dinner.

Live a unique gastronomic experience with Chef Bruno Ruiz, where you can learn to cook exquisite dishes without leaving home. Whether for a gathering with friends, a special celebration or simply to improve your culinary skills, this experience offers you an interactive and, above all, delicious learning experience.

– Duration: Approximately 3 hours (2 hours of cooking + 1 hour of tasting).
Minimum group size: 10 people.

The menus can be customized according to the tastes and needs of the client by advising in advance at the time of booking. Allergies, intolerances and special requests will be considered. In addition, menus may vary depending on the season or other factors, always guaranteeing fresh and quality products.

  • MEMU HORIZONS– With dishes that fuse different cultures 120€ per person VAT included (Min.6 pers.)
  • COCKTAIL MENU FOR EVENTS – With sophisticated bites for special celebrations. Includes eight gourmet snacks served in cocktail or buffet table format and a sweet treat for an exquisite ending. 60€ per person VAT included (Min.20 pers.)
